Job Summary
As our Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of Wobo AI. You'll work closely with our talented developers and co-founders to bring Wobo to life. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong communication, a deep understanding of user needs, and a passion for building innovative products.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wobo AI's MVP
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs
- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user value
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team throughout the development lifecycle
- Analyze product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on the product to continuously improve user experience
- Participate in daily stand-ups (NYC timezone) via Slack and occasional team gatherings in NYC
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS or AI space
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, ideally within a startup environment
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Passion for AI and its potential to transform the job search experience
- Experience with user research and data analysis
